This editor is used to describe the set of resources which make up an inventory. An inventory is the "pool" from which devices are allocated when an action requires a device or operator for its operation.
Inventories can be attached to and defined within a suite, however, the full power of the resource management in expecco is exposed, if expecco is operated with a central test scheduling system, such as expecco ALM, which preallocates devices for a test, and passes that "bag of reserved devices" to expecco before execution starts.
