A documentation element is used to write down documentation which is not bound to a particular testsuite element. Although individual elements can have their own individual documention, these are bound to the element and are not visible in the organizer-tree. Documentation elements are typically used to provide additional information to the test-executor, information about setup or configuration etc.
It is edited in the builtin documentation editor.

You can also use a file attachment for this task. These have the added advantage of being easily processable by other blocks and can also be easily edited by an external tool (such as Excel, Notepad etc.).
