Documentation elements are useful to attach general documentation to the suite, which is not bound to a particular testsuite tree element. Although individual elements can have their own individual documention, these are bound to the element and are not visible in the organizer-tree. Documentation elements can be placed near the top of the project tree and are typically used to provide additional information to the test-executor, information about setup or configuration, todo lists etc. |

Documentation elements are useful to attach general documentation to the suite, which is not bound to a particular testsuite tree element. Although individual elements can have their own individual documention, these are bound to the element and are not visible in the organizer-tree. Documentation elements can be placed near the top of the project tree and are typically used to provide additional information to the test-executor, information about setup or configuration, todo lists etc.
It is edited in the builtin documentation editor.

You can also use a file attachment for this task. These have the added advantage of being easily processable by other blocks and can also be easily edited by an external tool (such as Excel, Notepad etc.).
