Recording of test sequences can be done either directly in the browser or in a separate recorder window.
Recording in a recorder window is obligatory for "headless" or remote connections.
Also, due to possible incompatibilities with some browsers, we recommend using the expecco recorder. This will work independent from any particular browser and also works if the actual browser window is on a remote machine.
