- Error message in IE 9: Error: Couldn't open app window; is the pop-up blocker enabled?
- The 'Protected Mode' must be deactivated.
Proceed as follows: - IE menu: "Tools" → "Options" → "Security" → Uncheck "
Enable Protected Mode" or - IE menu: "Extras" → "Internet Options" → "Security" Disable "
