Enter the hostname or IP address (a.b.c.d) of your VNC-server, as well as the VNC port (eg. 5900 for screen #0, 5901 for screen #1, etc.)

If needed, also enter the password (this is a VNC connection password as defined by the remote VNC server; usually not your user account password).
