    tells expecco to execute another action, as specified by its name or UUID string. There is (currently) one restriction: the action may not directly or indirectly lead to an action to be executed on the same Bridge (i.e. a Python action cannot call another Python action this way).
    The ID-string can be an explicit versionID or a generic functionalID (the later is recommended).
    Returns the first value of the first output pin of the called action.
