This editor is part of the GUI Browser editor. It shows the currently recorded UI-action sequence (which was created either by manually adding steps to the recording, or as recorded by the UI-recorder).
This editor behaves basically like a regular diagram editor. In particular, you can add additional steps (either via drag and drop, or via copy-paste, or via the "New Step" context menu), change the execution order, change connections etc.
Its main use is to try and execute the recorded action sequence, to see the output values, and to create a new compound action for it to the project.
For this, press the "Create-new-Action" button in the top menu bar.
