With a right click direcly in the desired element, you get a choice over all available actions.

In our example please make a right click on the searchbar an choose "Set Text".

Please enter the text, you want to search for (e.g. 'exept'). Then click in the recorder with the mouse on the "''Google-Search-Icon''".
In the GUI Recorder, you can also record actions via the right button menu.<br>

To record a step back to the startpage, click on a link back to the startpage.
If recording input for a text input field (for example, in the Google search page), right click on the field and choose "Set Text".

Enter the text, to be searched for (e.g. 'exept').<br>Then click on the "''Google-Search''" icon.

PS: This is only an example; don't do this with google: they don't like robots to work on their pages.

In the GUI Recorder, you can also record actions via the right button menu.
If recording input for a text input field (for example, in the Google search page), right click on the field and choose "Set Text".

Enter the text, to be searched for (e.g. 'exept').
Then click on the "Google-Search" icon.
