This editor is part of the GUI Browser editor. It shows the single UI-action which is selected in the "action/properties" list (The "action/properties" lists present those actions which are appropriate for the current widget/UI element).

Whenever an element is selected in either the action- or properties lists, that action is shown in this editor, with input pins preset to appropriate values (typically, the locator and attribute name).

Apart from the above described automatic step insertion, this editor behaves like a regular diagram editor. In particular, you can add additional steps; either via drag and drop, via copy-paste, or via the "New Step" context menu.

Its main use is to try and execute the selected action, to try different input parameters, to see the output values, and finally to add it to the recorded sequence.

For this, press the "Add-to-Recorded-Sequence" button in the top menu bar.
