Show DotNetBridge-items in Main Menu

If on, the plugin's menu is also shown in the main (top) menu. Otherwise, it is only found in the plugin-submenu.

Turn this off to cleanup/simplify the menu, if you are not using the plugin.

Confirm Shutdown of Bridge Connections

When shutting down bridge connection (via the "Extras" - "Debugging" menu, ask for additional confirmation for each individual connection.

Show Bridge Debug Messages on Transcript/Console

When runninh a local bridge, show messages from the bridge on Transcript or the Console.

Use new Bridge

Use the new BridgeV2 (requires Windows7 or later Windows-Version, or Linux with mono installed)

The new Bridge is faster, has more features (Casts) and uses a single socket (easier to use with firewalls) It may show slight backward incompatibilities when used with old test suites.
