UI Changes, Enhancements and New Features in Release 19.1

Code/Text Views

  • More languages now support syntax highlighting.
  • Improved code completion for JavaScript code


Settings Dialog

The "External Script Interpreter" section was moved below the "Execution" section.

Search for references also looks into elementary blocks' code.

Diagram Editor

  • Single click on a step also selects any attached annotations. This makes it easier to delete steps in the GUI recorder. If required, click again to deselect the annotation.


GUI Browser

An additional "Add to Recorded Sequence with Image" button was added to the "Single Action" editor.
