	Allow duplicated names for different elements.		Allow duplicated names for different elements.

			Expecco internally does not depend on the item's name - it uses UUIDs to address elements. Therefore, duplicate names are no technical problem for expecco, but definitely make your life as developer much harder.
			Therefore, this flag is better off to avoid confusion.
			(it is planned to be removed from the settings in future versions, unless some user complains and gives good reasons for keeping it)
